What is included in the free trial?
Free trials are 7 days long and include full access to all of Conveyor’s dictation-enabled features, including unlimited dictation. You’ll have plenty of time to explore the app, create and test templates, try out secure memos, test the process of conveying dictations to your EMR, and more. We want to make sure Conveyor is useful to you before you make the decision to subscribe!
Will I be billed at the end of the free trial?
Absolutely not! No payment information is required to try out Conveyor and trials do not convert into paid subscriptions automatically.
How do I get started?
To get started, simply download Conveyor AI from the Apple App Store and follow the directions in the app. If you’d like help, please send us a message in the app or here on the website! We’re happy to provide one-on-one training and setup.

What happens if I cancel or pause my Conveyor subscription?
If you need to pause your month-to-month Conveyor dictation subscription, no problem! All of your preferences, templates/macros, memos, and voice profile data will be ready for you whenever you decide to re-subscribe.
How does the Conveyor USB device work?
With the Conveyor USB device, you do not need to install any software on your desktop or laptop computer to dictate. First, plug in the device to your computer, and it will be recognized immediately as a standard keyboard. The Conveyor USB does not install or require any other software to work! While it looks like a thumbdrive, it stores no data and merely acts as a conduit between your iOS device and the computer.
Now, when you dictate using the Conveyor app on your iOS device, the USB will type wherever your cursor is located!
Is the Conveyor USB device required?
No, it is completely optional. Instead of the USB device, you can easily install our Conveyor QR companion software, which also types your dictations wherever your cursor is located on your Mac or Windows PC.
When should I use Conveyor QR vs. the Conveyor USB?
Both Conveyor QR and the Conveyor USB device accomplish the same goal: they type your dictations wherever your cursor is blinking.
If you use the same computer for clinical documentation every day, and can download and install 3rd-party software, Conveyor QR is the right solution for you!
Use the Conveyor USB device if you want to skip installing Conveyor QR. Some clinicians find the USB particularly useful because they document on multiple computers and EMRs and can’t install the Conveyor QR software on every computer.
